Newby Realty, our in-house Florida licensed real estate agents serve as buyers’ agents. In this capacity, we perform a variety of the many specialized tasks related to the acquisition of manufactured home and RV communities.

Resident Relations

The quality of life for residents living in a Newby Community is of high importance. We handle all aspects of resident relations such as mediating rent increases, disputes between owners and residents as well as background and credit screenings. We also host community events like ice cream socials and BBQs.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources team will hire and train qualified individuals for your community. We will make sure they are up to standards by administering background checks, multi-panel drug screenings as well as skill and personality testing. Additonally, the team will ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines.

Chaplaincy Services

Unique to Newby Management, we offer a Chaplaincy program designed to meet the needs of the people we serve. This includes our team members, residents, community owners and vendors. NEAT (Newby Emergency Action Team)

Established in 1994, NEAT was formed to respond to disasters that may occur in our communities such as hurricanes, fires, tornados and flooding. We train our management team and on-site team members to help protect your residents and assets.
